I started Everyday Fitness to help motivate and educate people on fitness while battling the stresses that come up when life gets in the way.  Everyone knows how hard it is to stay committed to something when you may not have the time or knowledge you need.  This blog is for who anyone who wants to become more fit and live a healthier life.  Here I will help motivate you and teach you the best ways to exercise when life puts time constraints on you.  I will also answer any questions you may have about anything from 10-minute workouts to sport specific training as well as nutrition.  I will answer any questions you may have or point you in the right direction if I do not have the answer you seek.  On top of all of this I will be posting my daily workouts and nutrition.
